Kingswood is a stone built corner terrace home with a southerly and westerly aspect and a charming landscaped cottage garden which is lush and colourful. The cottage is fully double glazed and has gas fired central heating. The accommodation comprises a sitting/dining room, a kitchen and a w.c. on the ground floor and two double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom on the first floor. There is a large attic with a hatch and ladder access. The property is sturdy and sound but would need some decorative improvement and attention to the bathroom and kitchen, although both are perfectly useable. Fowler strongly recommend viewing to appreciate this cottage.
