What Three Words: tint.forces.resist From Fowlers front doors go to the top of The Square and turn right into Mill Street. After about 150 metres the road splits and you must bear right into Mill Street again. Follow the road and go down the hill in the granite cutting until at the bottom there is a short right/left jink where you will see a concrete driveway on your right. This is the drive to Rivervale Close. Go to the end and turn left and go along the front of the building turning right at the end to park on the gravelled parking for No.5.

Entrance

A flight of steps leads up to the red painted front door which is double glazed, multi locking and has an exterior light above.

Upper ground floor entrance hall

A light hallway with a tall stairwell with tread lighting, metal handrails and oak steps.
