What Three Words: prickly.domestic.seatbelt From the cobbled square in Moretonhamsptead walk eastwards to the crossroads by the White Hart and turn left, crossing the road by the war memorial and then entering Lime Street by the bust of George Parker Bidder which is opposite the library entrance. Walk down Lime Street and close to the bottom of the hill on the left is the gated pedestrian entrance to Lower Kinsmansdale. Walk along the gravel and grass path to the very end and you will see the large wrought iron gate into the front garden of No.4.

Entrance

A gravel and grass pathway leads from Lime Street to the broad wrought iron gate into 4 Lower Kinsmansdale. A cobbled path leads to the multi paned front door which sits beneath a canopy porch with an adjacent wall mounted exterior light.

Entrance lobby

The lobby has a clay tiled floor, fitted shelving, a glazed internal window with a stained glass panel above and an internal window to the staircase for additional natural light. The gas central heating boiler is wall mounted as is the electricity consumer unit.
