Through the black painted gate is the private pathway that is owned by Penny Cottage and which leads to the front door, kitchen door and to the garden. Both the main entrance and kitchen doors have slated canopy porches.

Sitting room - 12' 7'' x 15' 1'' tapering to 12'1" (3.83m x 4.59m narrowing to 3.68m)

An attractive room with exposed painted structural ceiling and wall timbers, a painted lintel above the fireplace which has a slate hearth and a fitted wood burning stove with a lined flue, two wall light points, a former doorway recess that houses a display shelf and double panel radiator, a TV point and eight power points.
