Granary Cottage is a quality conversion of a granite barn that was done about 25 years ago. It is a stylish home that is both the owners' second home and a successful holiday rental property. The accommodation is very well presented with a large and very sociable first floor kitchen and living room with hand built kitchen units incorporating an electric Aga and a wood burning stove in the sitting area. On the ground floor there is a spacious main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a second double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. An entrance lobby leads into a middle hallway and there is a w.c. The principle windows all have painted timber plantation shutters and all the windows are double glazed. The central heating is electric to conventional radiators. Outside is a charming gravelled courtyard on the south side of the cottage with space for a table and chairs and there are two parking spaces. This year Granary Cottage has generated a healthy income as a holiday let. Fowlers strongly recommend viewing this delightful home.
