Located about 1.5 miles from the ancient Stannary Town of Chagford at Easton Cross. The cottage has great access for riverside and countryside walks in the National Trust Drogo estate or on any of the many local footpaths. The A30 dual carriageway is only about 4 miles away and Exeter about 20 miles. Chagford has a wide variety of day to day and specialist shops, pubs, cafes, a primary school, pre school and Montessori, a Parish church, Roman Catholic church and a chapel. There are good sports facilities with a pavilion, cricket and football pitch, a tennis club, bowling club and an open air swimming pool in the summertime.


The latched timber gate leads into the garden where there is a flagstone paved path to the front door and terrace. The front door is a stable door and adjacent is an exterior lamp and set under the eaves is a floodlight.

Continue on this lane for about 1.25 miles and at the crossroads at Easton Cross drive straight across. After about 50 metres on the left you will see the latched gate to the garden of Easton Cottage with a wooden sign attached and opposite is the private parking area and garage.
